Two days after the cross-Line of Control surgical strike, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Saturday described Pakistan as an "anaesthetised patient after a surgery" and said "if you give us pain, this country's forces are capable of giving the same pain to you".
Parrikar, who is suffering from pancreatic ailment, presented a revenue surplus state budget sitting on his chair in the state assembly, with a tube inserted through his nose.
Criticising those doubting the cross-Line of Control surgical strikes, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday said the action by the Indian army has increased the sensitivity among Indians regarding national security in a very effective way.
