After receiving complete reports of the number of bodies recovered from the two mosques at Model Town and Garhi Shahu that were attacked by heavily armed terrorists on Friday, officials put the death toll at 95. Over 100 people were injured in the attacks in this eastern Pakistani city. The Jamaat-e-Ahamdiyya Pakista, which represents the sect, said the government was 'going soft'.

Two powerful explosions in a crowded commercial hub in Lahore on Monday killed a dozen people and injured over 80 others, hours after a suicide bombing in the northwestern city of Peshawar left 10 people dead.
