Stars from the world of sport took to social media to wish their mothers and others on the occasion of Mother's Day on Sunday.

From Virat Kohli to PV Sindhu and Pakistan cricketer Babar Azam among others flooded Twitter and Instagram with throwback photos with their mums.

Badminton champ and Rio Olympics silver medallist, PV Sindhu wrote on Twitter: “Mother + Daugther. Always linked. Forever loved Happy Mother’s Day mom.”
