Govt will seek vote of confidence soon: Pranab

A brief session of Parliament may be called ahead of the scheduled date of August 11 for the United Progressive Alliance to prove its strength at the floor of the House.

Informing media persons about the same on Tuesday, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the government will the seek vote of confidence as soon as it receives a formal communication from President Pratibha Patil [Images].
