President A P J Abdul Kalam on Thursday undertook a 90-minute aerial survey of Tamil Nadu's flood-affected areas of Tiruchirappalli, Thanjavur, Perambalur, Nagapattinam and Cuddalore districts. TN Public Works Department Minister O Panneerselvam and others received the President, who arrived on Wednesday night.
