Hidden talents were discovered on the OTT platform.

From stars making a comeback to lesser known actors getting a platform to prove themselves, this medium is probably the best that has ever happened to actors.

Joginder Tuteja picks his top 10 actors on OTT.

Pratik Gandhi, Scam 1992

The Find of 2020, Pratik Gandhi, made a huge impact as Harshad Mehta in the Web series, Scam 1992.

Interestingly, he has done a few Hindi films like Mitron and Loveyatri, but it took this Hansal Mehta directorial to launch him as a star.

Kay Kay, Special Ops

An actor par excellence who deserves a lot more than what he has earned over the years, Kay Kay was brilliant in Special Ops, one of the top shows of the year.

As the chief of operations who guides his team across continents to foil terrorism plans, Kay Kay brought the right mix of seriousness and humour to the screen.

Jaideep Ahlawat, Paatal Lok

Jaideep has been around for almost a decade. He made an impression as a villain in Akshay Kumar's Khatta Meetha and the Dibakar Banerjee segment of Lust Stories.

But he finally got his due with Pataal Lok.

Jaideep nailed it as Inspector Hathiram Chowdhury -- the honest, non-descript, cop fighting the system -- in the thriller.

Abhishek Bachchan, Breathe: Into The Shadows

Abhishek is trying out different things like the film Ludo and the Web series Breathe: Into The Shadows.

He was great in the show, and viewers probably didn't see the twist coming.

Amit Sadh, Breathe: Into The Shadows, Avrodh

When it comes to the OTT space, it was pretty much Amit Sadh's year.

He started the year with Operation Parindey and closed it with Yaara and Shakuntala Devi.

He had author-backed parts in Breathe: Into The Shadows and Avrodh where he played a cop and an army officer respectively.

Jimmy Sheirgill, Your Honour

In Your Honour, Jimmy played a 50-something judge who knew the tricks of the game.

It was a tricky part as he had to stay ahead in the game to save his son from murder.

The talented actor made sure to impress.

Arshad Warsi, Asur

Arshad has been hailed for his brilliant comic timing in his projects over the years.

So when he went into a dark zone with Asur, it came as a good surprise.

As an expert who solves sinister crimes, Arshad demonstrated that he has it in him to play different roles, provided he gets the stage.

Divyendu Sharma, Mirzapur 2, Bicchoo Ka Khel

Continuing from where he left off in Mirzapur, Divyendu went full throttle with the second season, where he was one of the best parts of the show.

His Munna Tripathi has so much so love that one won't be surprised if he rises from the dead in the third season.

He was also seen in Bicchoo Ka Khel where he made crime entertaining.

Pankaj Tripathi, Mirzapur 2, Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors

Pankaj has a unique style of acting and he made his Kaleen Bhaiyaa super interesting in Mizapur 2.

We will seen him reprise his character, Madhav Mishra, in Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors.

Surya Sharma, Undekhi

Surya stood out in a villainous part in the crime drama, Undekhi.

He also impressed in a key role in the first season of Hostages and is certainly made for bigger things.

Bobby Deol, Aashram

In a well-reviewed comeback, Bobby nailed the part of Baba Nirala in Prakash Jha's Web series, Aashram.

The role saw him in a different avatar from his recent multi-starrer films like Race 3 and Housefull 4.

Though Class of '83 wasn't much to write about, Aashram scored well.
