Punjab Chem to buy stake in Alpha Drug

Punjab Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd will buy 1,88,56,058 shares or 49.72 per cent of Alpha Drug India Ltd from DSM Pharma Chemicals, Venlo B V, Netherlands for Rs 2.5 million or Re 0.13 a share.
