Offer for Kwality Dairy revised

Doogar & Associates Ltd said the open offer to the equity shareholders of Kwality Dairy India Ltd will now open on February 19 and close on March 20. The acquirers will pay 15 per cent per annum on the offer price for the period commencing April 11, 2003 to the actual date of payment.
