Leveraging its parent's global presence, Bersoft Infotech Ltd, an Apeejay Stya Group promoted IT solutions company plans to foray into international market besides recruiting 100 professionals in the next 6-12 months.
"We are in an expansion mode both in the domestic market as well as overseas and would double our workforce to 200 in another 6-12 months," Bersoft Infotech CEO Nishant V Berlia said.
Beside the Indian market, the company also plans to tap the emerging markets overseas like China, South East Asia, Middle-East and Africa.
"The Apeejay group has offices across all continents. We plan to leverage our global presence to tap the overseas market," Berlia said.
Bersoft is also eyeing the huge outsourcing market abroad. "We have identified niche areas for providing outsourced services," he said. However, he declined to divulge further.
The Delhi-based company, which was founded in 2001, is also in the process of roping in business partners within India for its enterprise applications products.
"We are in the process of signing up with several business partners and would like to have a pan-India presence soon," he said.
The Delhi-based firm has identified four core verticals -- education, retail, pharma and distribution logistics and is targeting SME sector, especially in the B and C class towns.
"Penetration of ERP is very low in these four sectors and there are no major players. Our flagship education product 'Mira Skool' has been a success and has been implemented across all Apeejay schools," Berlia added.
