Should your child watch TV serials?

Today's TV serials may provide just the right amount of spice and some much needed relief to bored grown-ups. But what are they doing to children?
Will the average five-year-old's imagination henceforth be filled with conspiracies, accidents and unending anxiety?
Will real life begin to seem too boring a child? Whatvertise_div_1"> do you think?
And, if that is true, what is the solution? Should there be a way of preventing children from watching soaps? Or should responsible adults with kids stop watching soaps? Tell us.
