Reliance network features
~Visit any R World centre for instructions on how to make reservations.
~Tickets will be delivered to your home in 48 hours.
~It takes three minutes to book a ticket.
~You can make train reservations for trains from four days ahead up to 60 days ahead.
Hutch network features
~Please dial 123 on any type of handset to book your ticket.
~Voice guided simple booking procedure in English and Hindi.
~Tickets will be delivered to your home in 48 hours.
OR
~You can collect your ticket from New Delhi, PRS Centre, Chelmsford Road, Connaught Place.
~It takes three minutes to book a ticket.
~You can make reservations for the next day's train and up to 60 days ahead.
Important details
-The services are valid for Delhi residents only.
-Registration is one-time and can be done through your handset or through www.irctc.co.in
-From a cell phone (or online), you can book up to four tickets per month.
-Registered users of www.irctc.co.in need not register again for mobile booking.
-You can use Master/Visa/Diners Club/American Express credit cards to pay online.
-There are weekly lucky draws, special gifts, promotions from corporates.
