According to yogini and wellness coach Ira Trivedi, there are different phases of recovery, depending on the age, health and immunity levels of the person involved.
After a few weeks of rest, it's important to try and get back on your feet .
It is healthy to include some part of physical activity in your daily, life, but "in the beginning you must take it slow," Ira insists.
"There will be a great deal of fatigue, but you have to slowly motivate your mind and body," she adds.
