Marco Jansen from the other end and he will operate from round the wicket. He gets the ball to jag in sharply into Smith, who is beaten on the inside edge. The next ball again swings into Smith, who gets the inside edge for a single and Labuschagne is able to defend the last three balls.

Things seem to have settled down nicely for Australia after the tea break. And with Rabada not in operation, the two batters are finding it easier to cope.

Ngidi bowls another sedate over conceding just two singles as Australia look to get together a partnership.

Jansen tries the bouncer but Labuschagne is able to easily duck under it before he clips the fifth ball for one and Smith keeps out the last ball.

Smith and Labuschagne are not having much trouble as the ball has now gone a bit old. The odd ball is still moving around but the South African pacers are not that threatening at the moment.

Labuschagne gets a thick outside edge as he leans forward to defend but the edge falls well short of second slip.
