India's forex reserves rise to $262.45 bn

India's foreign exchange reserves increased $1.307 billion to $262.45 billion for the week endeded October 26, according to data released by the RBI on Friday.

billion. Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $7.367 billion and $13 million, respectively.

Reserve Position in the IMF was up $2 million at $441 million.
