A 22-year-old man in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, was allegedly beaten to death by his father while the father was intoxicated. Police are investigating the incident.

An Air India enquiry committee has charge-sheeted airhostess Komal Singh, who had leveled molestation charges against two pilots of the airlines, for 'violating the conduct rule'. "Airhostess Komal Singh has been issued a chargesheet for violation of conduct rule and for not complying with the company policy," an Air India spokesperson said. Air India had constituted an enquiry committee to investigate a mid-air scuffle.

The National Commission for Women has sought more time to bring out the report on alleged molestation of Air India airhostess Komal Singh, saying that some of the passengers on the flight, who are witnesses, are yet to depose.
An Air India probe panel on Friday gave a clean chit to two pilots who were charged with sexual harassment by an airhostess, in the wake of a mid-air scuffle between them, during a flight from Sharjah earlier in October. A senior Air India official said the five-member enquiry committee, which probed her complaint about the incident on board a Sharjah-Lucknow-Delhi flight IC-884 on October 3, has concluded that whatever complaint the airhostess made was 'an afterthought'.
The airline also decided to set up a committee to probe the molestation complaint lodged by airhostess Komal Singh against Arora and co-pilot Aditya Chopra, an Air India spokesperson said.
