Forex reserves drop $30mn to $165.27bn

Foreign exchange reserves declined $30 million to $165.275 billion during the week ended October 13 as against $165.305 billion in the previous week, according to data released by RBI on Friday.

Foreign currency assets dropped $30 million to $158.310 billion.

Gold reserves, SDRs and the reserve tranche position with the IMF were unchanged at $6.02 billion, $1million, and $762 million, respectively.
