The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Tuesday received the order of Justice Albie Sachs, the lead Appeals Commissioner, on Gambhir's appeal against the decision of ICC Match Referee Chris Broad imposing a one-Test ban against him. While rejecting the appeal, Sachs also upheld the penalty imposed by the Match Referee.
