The Delhi Police has arrested a 30-year-old man and detained one more in connection with writing pro-Khalistan messages on the walls of four Delhi Metro stations ahead of the G20 Summit, officials said.
Deepak 'Boxer', one of the most wanted fugitives in India who was nabbed by the police authorities in Mexico, was brought to New Delhi on Wednesday, officials said.
"Five grenades and two automatic pistols have been recovered from his possession. He is being brought to the national capital and his police custody remand will be sought," police said.
According to the police, one of the accused had made IEDs and later tested them at several places in Delhi, Rajasthan and Haldwani in Uttarakhand.
Gangster Sachin Bishnoi, who was allegedly involved in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, was extradited from Azerbaijan and brought back to India on Tuesday, officials of the Delhi police said.

Delhi has been wrapped in a security blanket for Tuesday's 77th Independence Day celebrations, with more than 10,000 personnel manning the area in and around the Red Fort from where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation, the police said.
"The special cell got information from the control room and came here to nab the men. From the information we have now, two persons were killed and two of the special cell officers have sustained bullet injuries," Deputy Commissioner of Police (south) HGS Dhaliwal. Though the area falls under his jurisdiction, the operation was carried out by the special cell of the Delhi police, which handles high profile criminal and terrorism cases.
