Mounting pressure on the Centre to on the Sri Lankan Tamil issue, 13 Dravida Munnetra Kazhgham members of Parliament, including seven union ministers, on Friday night submitted their resignation to party patriarch and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.
