'When Shah Rukh came into industry, he wanted to do serious roles. He did not want to be a star then. He was not ready to dance. (Choreographer) Saroj Khan would get upset with him. The movie evokes a few laughs but otherwise it decides to shift tracks from droll comedy to dreadful drama.
'Salman has changed a lot in the past few years. He was totally different when I shot with him for Jai Ho. He has mellowed down, but I don't like him like this.'
