Indira Gandhi International Airport has been named the world's 2nd best airport in the 25-40 mn passengers category
The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Hyderabad has retained its second position for the year 2013 in the 5-15 million passengers category.
The company is managing 30 per cent growth a year and anticipates to cross the euro 100-million mark in the coming year.
The airport, which handles around 24 million passengers per year, was also ranked fourth in the category of airports witnessing 15 to 25 million footfalls by Switzerland-based Airport Council International for the year 2009. The ACI every year conducts survey of the airport service quality of 1,633 airports in 179 countries.
