Three people have been arrested in the murder of a 19-year-old girl and her lover in New Delhi.
The father and uncle of a 19-year-old girl, who was allegedly tortured and electrocuted to death along with her boyfriend in a case of honour killing in New Delhi on monday, have been arrested, police said on Tuesday. Suresh Kumar Saini and Om Prakash, father and uncle respectively of the victim Asha Saini, were arrested for allegedly committing the gruesome murder.
In a case of honour killing, a 19-year old girl and her boyfriend were tortured for hours before being finally put to death by electrocution at the northwest Delhi residence of her uncle on Monday.
