Two full-fledged semiconductor fabrication plants are going to come up in India very soon entailing multi-billion dollar investment besides several chip assembly and packaging units, Minister of Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar said. On Tuesday, Apple chief executive officer Tim Cook and his team launched the Apple Watch Ultra 2. According to a report by US-based tech portal TechCrunch, the Ultra 2's design looks quite similar to that of the first-generation Apple Watch Ultra, which means the most significant upgrade is on the inside. Like the new Series 9, the Ultra 2 will be powered by Apple's S9 SiP, which has 5.6 billion transistors and a four-core neural engine as well as a U2 ultra wideband location chip.
