The accused, identified as Devkumar Mitti, allegedly made several calls to the landline number of the ace cricketer, a resident of suburban Bandra, in December last year, a police official said.
The complainant had alleged that the actor had raped her 19 years ago.
A 'B-Summary' report is filed when the police do not find any evidence against the accused person to file a charge sheet and seek trial.
