Housing sales declined 23 per cent in April-June across seven cities compared with the previous quarter due to the second wave of the COVID pandemic, but witnessed an 83 per cent rise on an annual basis, according to JLL India. Leading milk supplier Mother Dairy has increased milk prices in Delhi-NCR and other cities by Rs 2 per litre with effect from Sunday on rising input cost. The milk prices were last revised in December 2019. Justifying the hike, Mother Dairy said that procurement cost of milk from dairy farmers has gone up by 8-10 per cent in the last one year.
