The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred hearing on Vijay Mallya-owned Kingfisher Airlines' plea challenging Karnataka High Court's order to deposit around Rs 185 crores with the Income Tax Department as tax deducted at source (TDS) from its employees' wages.
