Commonwealth Sport's EB recommends Ahmedabad as host for 2030 CWG
Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) CEO Katie Sadleir says hosting the 2030 CWG would be a step in the right direction for India as the country pursues the ambition of playing host to the 2036 Olympics.
In all, seven countries have expressed interest in hosting future Commonwealth Games with five of those focused on staging the centenary edition.
Ahmedabad has been finalised to organise the 2030 Commonwealth Games should India win the bid.
