Amid a row over snooping on close relatives of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, his nephew, Ardhendu Bose, on Monday alleged that the Nehru-Gandhi family has tried to erase the nationalist leader's legacy.

Amid a row over snooping on close relatives of Subhas Chandra Bose, his grandnephew is likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Germany on Monday, and try to demand declassification of all secret files related to the freedom fighter.
"In India, we derive our strength from tolerance, and respect our pluralism. We celebrate our diversity," he said.
The files, digitised and given "preliminary conservation treatment" by the National Archives of India, were released on the birth anniversary of Netaji.
