Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar celebrated his 40th birthday on Wednesday. Sachin expressed his gratitude to fans who have cheered for him during his marathon 23-year-long cricket career.
Tendulkar, cut his birthday cake in the presence of his wife Anjali at a team hotel iin Kolkata where he is due to play his next match of the Indian Premier League.
Speaking at a function after cutting the cake, the little master, said that people across the country and globally have been supporting him, praying for him and fasting for him during all his good and bad times.
Now it was his turn to show his gratitude and thank them for their unstinted support through the years.

Why Mallika doesn't believe in arranged marriage


After a spate of flops, Mallika Sherawat will be seen on television, in an upcoming reality show called The Bachelorette India- Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika.

This is the Indian version of the international series, The Bachelor, a US television dating game show.

In The Bachelorette, one of the candidates could also become a potential husband.Mallika claims she took up the telly show because she was 'lonely and looking for a companion.'"I am looking for love," she says. "I am like any other girl, who, beyond name, fame, money, wants a companion in life.
"She says she has always been portrayed as a "bold and glamorous girl" but through this show, "people will get to see her emotional and sensitive side.

Sex, guns and drama in YRF's Aurangzeb


Rishi Kapoor, who has never donned the cop uniform in his 33-year career, will be seen in the police avatar for the first time in Yash Raj Films Aurangzeb. And challenging him will be the head of the gangster family Jackie Shroff, who has a crime network under the garb of a real estate empire. In this cop family versus gangster family tale, Rishi, Prithviraj and Sikandar Kher will seen challenging Jackie, his wife Amrita Singh and sonArjun Kapoor.The twist comes when Rishi plants an Arjun lookalike into the gangster family to unearth their criminal secrets. Arjun is Aurangzeb the king who puts his throne above kinship. Now, the movie has great potential to be a new-age suspense drama, and we hope director Atul Sabharwal doesn't disappoint. It's Arjun's second film and we are really looking forward to see if he has the staying power!But as always we are excited about watching Rishi in a new avatar. Trailer: Dhanush, Sonam's Raanjhana



Dhanush, who became a national sensation after the viral hit Why This Kolaveri Di? is now all set for his maiden Bollywood release, Raanjhnaa, in which he plays the lead opposite Sonam Kapoor.  Dhanush plays Varanasi local in the film. Music for the movie is by AR Rahman.
