Cong rules out mid-term polls

The Congress today ruled out mid-term elections to the Lok Sabha.

"The government will complete its full term. The elections will be held at the proper time," party spokesman Rashid Alvi told reporters in New Delhi. He was asked about SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's remarks on possibility of early elections.
