Rahul Mahajan, son of Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan, on Friday said his family had no plans to shift his father from Hinduja hospital, as they were satisfied with the treatment being given to him.

Speaking to reporters at the hospital, Rahul said they had no plans to take Mahajan abroad for treatment and added there was a slow improvement in his condition since he had been admitted to the hospital.

Mahajan's condition had not deteriorated and they were satisfied with the procedures undertaken by the medical team of Hinduja hospital to treat the BJP leader, he said.

Rahul said the prayers offered by BJP workers and a cross section of the people had resulted in improvement in the condition of Mahajan and thanked everyone for showering blessings on the BJP leader for his speedy recovery.
