In a bid to strengthen the executive management, Zee Telefilm's Subhash Chandra has relinquished the post of managing director and appointed Pradeep Guha as chief executive officer.
Subhash Chandra will continue to be non-executive chairman and principal promoter of the company, Zee Telefilms

informed the stock exchanges on Friday.
The company has also appointed Laxmi N Goel and Punit Goenka as whole-time directors, it said.
Meanwhile, S P Talwar, one of the non-executive independent directors of the company, has resigned due to some personal reasons, it said.
