The privately-held US IT consulting firm Trianz Consulting today said it has acquired Eximsoft, a Bangalore-based IT services firm for an undisclosed sum.
Trianz, which has 60 people at its development centre in Bangalore, will integrate assets and 140 people of Eximsoft who has expertise in product development for executing consulting projects for its clients.
Trianz President and CEO Sri Manchala told reporters that the new acquisition would help Trianz meet client needs in product and business applications engineering in high technology, mobile communications, media and entertainment, financial services and manufacturing industries.
Manchala refused to divulge the cost of the all cash acquisition, citing that it was a privately held venture.
He said Trianz, funded by promoters, would cross the Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion) revenue mark in the next few months.
