Tata Engineering & Locomotive Company Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 757.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 as compared to a net loss of Rs 555.40 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2001. Total income has increased from Rs 17,728.00 million in DQ-01 to Rs 21,934.40 million in DQ-02.
