Telecom service provider Reliance Communications on Monday introduced two new Classic colour phones with FM radio, aiming to tap a higher market share in this segment.
The handsets are priced at Rs 1,888 and Rs 1,919.
"The country is adding over six million mobile users every month, out of which 25-30 per cent phones are FM enabled. We are aiming for a higher market share in this space," Reliance Communications president, personal business, S P Shukla told reporters in a video conference.
He, however, declined to give the company's sales target.
RCom had sold about one million handsets of its Classic 777 in just one week of its launch, followed by another half million colour handsets in the same month, he said.
