Baring Private Equity Partners on Monday denied any plans to restructure MphasiS BFL or its management team.

This was announced in a release issued by MphasiS to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.

Rahul Bhasin, managing partner of Baring Private Equity Partners, said, "We are entirely satisfied with the present structure of Mphasis, which includes IT, BPO and solutions' components."

"We also have full faith and confidence in the management team led by Jerry Rao. In fact, it is this optimism which guides our decision to remain solidly behind our investment in MphasiS BFL," he added.

Baring, Bhasin added, always has and still continues to work with the board and the management team of MphasiS to seek out growth opportunities.

Jerry Rao, chairman and CEO of MphasiS, said, "It is business as usual for us. We are focused on enhancing our value proposition to customers, providing growth to our employees and operating performance to our shareholders."
