The award recognizes excellence in products and processes in retail banking in Asia and was announced in Beijing at The Asian Banker Excellence in Retail Financial Services 2005 Awards ceremony, the bank said in a release on Tuesday.
The award is administered by 'The Asian Banker' and referred by prominent bankers, consultants and academicians from around the world, it added.
