Amid controversy over world's largest PC maker Dell's reported move to shift out its call centre operation from India due to accent discomfort, Infosys chairman N R Narayanamurthy has said these are not unsurmountable problems.

"Customer is always right. When the customer says that you have to improve your accent, I think you have to do that. I don't think these are unsourmountable problems," he told NDTV.

"I don't think we should worry too much about that. We ourselves have got 800-900 of them in Progeon, (the BPO arm of Infosys); they are all smart, adaptive and learn quickly," he added.

On Tuesday, Dell India had dismissed reports that it was shifting its technical support service for its business customers from Bangalore to the United States.
