We'd asked you dear readers to share your love story with us.

Bipin Bhutada tells us how he found his partner Kavita at a matrimonial event.

We met at a matrimonial meet and greet event.

Over 2,000 prospective brides and grooms had participated in it. Kavita was one of them.

We were not introduced to each other. But the moment I saw her, I felt that she is the one.

I tried to speak to her parents, but things didn't move ahead.

During lunch, I gathered the courage and went to talk to her.

While we were talking, I noticed small things about her.

The way she tucked her hair behind her ears, her smile, her eyes, the way she carried herself.

I couldn't take my eyes off her. I fell for her all over again.

Kavita was a bit skeptical as there was a very small difference in our height.

She didn't have a good first impression as I was not dressed for the occasion.

Thereafter she left for her hometown, Jalgaon and I left for Nashik. But my mind was replaying all the interaction that happened between us.

I was unable to think about any other matrimonial cases that were presented to me that day.

I gathered some courage and sent her a friendship request on Facebook.

While sending the request, I was a bit worried that she may ignore me as I didn't know what she thought about me at the time.

I asked her to accept the request only if she felt comfortable.

She accepted the request. My joy knew no bounds.

We spoke at length and I made my intentions clear that I wanted to marry her.

I came to know that her father had many reservations about her marrying me.

I tried convincing her and she reciprocated.

After days of phone conversations and WhatsApp chats, I proposed marriage to her on Valentine's Day. She didn't reply.

She wanted to meet me in person first and then convey her decision.

We met at one of her friend's wedding without the knowledge of our parents.

We met, talked, laughed and discussed our past with each other.

She said yes.

Wow, what a moment it was! I could not stop smiling.

I shared the news with all my close friends and relatives.

But the harder part was yet to come.

We had to convince her dad. Her sister, brother and brother-in-law helped us.

Her father finally agreed but with some reluctance.

A meeting was scheduled and it was suggested that we get enagaged. But one of the relatives suggested we get married.

After a long and tough discussion, at 12:30 am it was decided that we'll be getting married the following day.

At 1 am, I broke the news to her and she was as startled as I was.

I was so excited that I didn't sleep that night.

I informed my family at 2:30 am. The whole arrangement was made thereafter.

So, one day we were this couple in love and a day later we were a couple bound to each other for life.

I was and am very happy to be with her. I'd like to thank God and everyone who helped me to be with her for life.
