Mandira Bedi who is on a #365day fitness challenge has a message for you.
2019 was a fitness-related year for Mandira Bedi, who first set out on a 40-day challenge, coupled with an insane workout routine.
After successfully completing it, she raised the bar with her 100-day fitness challenge, which she wrapped up beautifully.
And as the year came to a close, she set new goals and began her 365-day challenge.
It's about a year of healthy living with Mandira paying close attention to her personal fitness as well as inspiring her followers to #getfitwithmandy.
