Shriram Investments to mull rights issue

Shriram Investments Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on January 20, 2003 to consider, among other things, issue of equity shares to the existing equity shareholders on rights basis.
