Goodlass Nerolac OKs manufacturing unit closure

Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the directors of the company, by means of a circular resolution approved by them on Friday have given their consent to seeking the approval of the concerned authorities for the closure of the company's manufacturing unit at Lower Parel, Mumbai on account of non viability of the plant.
