Bullet to cost Rs 2,200 more

Classic motorbike maker Royal Enfield on Thursday said it will raise prices of all its models by Rs 2,200 due to rise in input costs.

The price hike will come into effect from January 1, 2007. "Continuous rise in input costs

of raw materials has compelled the company to take this decision," Royal Enfield said.

The Royal Enfield line up includes Bullet 350, Bullet 500, Bullet Electra, Bullet Electra 5S, Bullet Machismo, and the Thunderbird.
