BPCL Q3 results on January 24

A meeting of the board of directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd is scheduled on January 24, 2003, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2002.

At the said meeting, the board may also consider a proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2002-03.
