The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday asked the Centre to examine how people with disabilities can be put under different categories in civil services.
The Election Commission shunted out Delhi's southeast Deputy Commissioner of Police Chinmoy Biswal and directed Additional DCP (southeast) Kumar Gyanesh to take charge.
The Delhi high court said on Saturday that if any official at the central, state or local administration was obstructing in the picking up or supply of oxygen, then it would 'hang' that person.
In view of the differences, Justices A K Sikri and Ashok Bhushan referred the matter to a larger bench of the apex court.
