The star Indian pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty fought back from a game down to stun reigning World and Olympic medalists Liang Weikeng and Wang Chang to seal a spot in the quarterfinals of the Badminton World Championships in Paris on Thursday.
Satwik-Chirag won the match 19-21, 21-15, 21-17.
It was their first win against the Chinese pair after four successive losses.
Earlier in the day, India's PV Sindhu also punched her ticket to the quarters with a stunning win over World No. 2 Wang Zhi Yi of China.
