- Scorecard

Statistical highlights of the fifth day's play in the drawn second Test between New Zealand and India, in Napier, on Monday.

642 - minutes Gautam Gambhir spent at the crease -- the seventh longest innings by an Indian, second longest outside the subcontinent and longest in New Zealand.

476 - for four declared -- India's total. It is their third highest total following-on after the 657-7 against Australia at Calcutta in 2000-01, and 510 against England at Leeds in 1967.

120 - runs added by VVS Laxman and Yuvraj Singh for the fifth wicket -- their second highest partnership for the fifth wicket on New Zealand soil.

14 - Gambhir's hundred was the 14th by an Indian batsman after following-on (Laxman scored the 15th later).

5.90 -  RpO (runs per over) during the Laxman-Yuvraj unbroken partnership of 120 runs. This is now the fastest fifth-wicket century partnership for India against any country.

6 - Scoring shots Laxman took to race to his hundred from 77 -- all were fours! He took only 14 balls to hit these 6 fours!

5 - Number of batsmen to cross fifty in the Indian innings -- first such instance for India in a Test in New Zealand.

1 - Yuvraj Singh scored his first Test fifty outside the subcontinent in 16 innings.
