"Once the tempers cool down, I am sure that the leadership of parties will prevail upon their members to support key financial bills including insurance, banking regulation and pension bills," he said.
He said currently tempers are running high. His remarks came a few days after leader of the opposition L K Advani's statement that BJP may not support the government in Parliament on financial bills.
The Finance Minister said all those reform measures which do not require parliamentary approval, but just executive order will be carried out.
He said most members of Parliament, barring a section, were in support of reforms bills.
