The United Progressive Alliance government is toying with the idea of reserving jobs for backward castes in the private sector.

The move has stirred up a hornet's nest. Some say job quotas are a must in the private sector to help the backward castes grow economically.

Others feel the private sector's efficiency will be adversely affected due to quotas.

Private sectors shouls not permit reservations as it will certainly hamper the succses of the private sector . Reservation will help only the backward sector ...
