Dipti Punjabi answers, If you are looking at PR, Australia, NZ and Canada are your best bets. I must say, none of these are cheap. You should be prepared to spend about 18-20 lacs per yr (2 yrs program), unless a scholarship comes through. Part time work (20 hrs per week) is allowed while studying.

Dipti Punjabi answers, If you are looking at work options and especially moving with your family, I suggest Canada.
